Walk therapy sessions are for those who benefit from movement, fresh air, and a more relaxed setting than traditional virtual sessions. These sessions take place virtually through phone or Telehealth with your therapist while you participate in mindful walking in your own neighbourhood, or at home on a treadmill. Walk therapy sessions are for those who benefit from movement, fresh air, and a more relaxed setting than traditional virtual sessions. These sessions take place virtually through phone or Telehealth with your therapist while you participate in mindful walking in your own neighbourhood, or at home on a treadmill. Virtual yoga sessions are for those looking to move, breathe, flow and let go—without the therapy component. Whether you're seeking stress relief, increased physical well-being, or simply a mindful break in your day, these guided sessions are accessible, welcoming, and individualized. Each flow is designed to your current practice and for your pace.

I’m Sass (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Certified Yoga Instructor, Ontario Certified Teacher, personal trainer & group fitness instructor, and current medical student at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. My path to psychotherapy has been anything but linear—and that’s part of what makes it meaningful. Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years in the classroom as a high school teacher, where I learned the value of connection, patience, and meeting people where they are. As a personal trainer, I witnessed the powerful link between physical movement and mental well-being. And through my own mental health journey, I’ve come to deeply believe that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about learning to move forward with compassion and awareness.
